Cookie Policy

Last updated 17 February 2026 · PharmacyIQ is operated by IntelligentQ Limited

This policy explains what cookies are, which kinds this website uses, and how you can manage them. For how we handle personal data more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.

Right now this site sets no cookies at all. The early access form stores your email in your own browser’s local storage only. The policy below describes the categories we may use as the site grows, and the rules we will follow when we do.

01What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are commonly used to make sites work properly, improve the experience, provide security, analyse performance and remember preferences. Some are essential; others may only be set with your prior consent.

02Legal basis

Under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), strictly necessary cookies may be placed without consent. All other cookies require your prior permission, given through a cookie banner or preference tool, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

03Types of cookies we may use

04Third-party cookies

Service providers (hosting, analytics, security) may place their own cookies. We do not control third-party cookie policies — please review their separate privacy notices.

05How long cookies are stored

Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period unless you delete them sooner. Analytics cookies typically have limited retention for performance review.

06Managing your preferences

You can manage consent through on-site preference tools (where shown), your browser settings, or by deleting cookies manually. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete cookies and set alerts before cookies are placed. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair site functionality.

07Do Not Track

There is no uniform industry standard for Do Not Track signals, and this site does not currently respond to them automatically.

08International transfers

Where third-party providers operate outside the UK, transfers rely on safeguards under UK GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses and transfers to adequate jurisdictions.

09Security

Cookies rarely contain sensitive information on their own, but data collected through them can be combined with other information, so appropriate technical and organisational protections are applied.

10Updates to this policy

We update this policy when technology, legal requirements or site functionality change. The current version is always published here.
